The name of this cocktail with mezcal is inspired by Puebla, one of the most populous states in Mexico and the historical scene of important pre-Hispanic cultures (Mexica, Toltec, Olmec, Totonac, Nahua, Mixtec, Zapotec, Otomi, among others). This drink contains chile liqueur, which gives it that traditional spicy touch of Mexican cuisine.
